Our Commitment
Finn Management LLC (“Finn Management”) is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually work to improve the user experience for everyone and apply relevant accessibility standards across our platform.
Conformance Standard
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities.
Scope
This commitment applies to all web properties operated by our platform:
- Marketing websites — property listings, tour scheduling, applications
- Tenant portal — rent payments, lease information, maintenance requests
- Admin portal — property management tools for staff
Measures Taken
- Semantic HTML with proper heading hierarchy and landmark elements
- Keyboard navigation for all interactive elements
- ARIA attributes where native HTML semantics are insufficient
- Color contrast ratios meeting WCAG 2.1 AA minimums (4.5:1 text, 3:1 large text)
- Form inputs with associated labels and programmatic error messages
- Visible focus indicators for keyboard users
- Content remains functional when text is resized up to 200%
Known Limitations
- Third-party payment forms: The embedded payment form provided by our payment processor (Payabli) may have accessibility characteristics outside our direct control.
- AI chat widget: The real-time chat interface may have limitations for screen reader users. All information is also available through phone and email.
